Refund policy

  • We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you're not happy with a product, you may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible, the item must be mostly unused, with at least 90% of the product still remaining.
  • Once we receive your return or exchange request, our team will process it within 3–5 business days.
  • Please note that shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
  • For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of sending the item back to us.
  • If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect, we will cover all return and replacement shipping charges.
